AppliTrack is an all-in-one hiring solution that automates the entire hiring process...from recruitment to onboarding. Over 1,600 school districts alone utilize AppliTrack to manage their hiring processes, in addition to other leading Park Districts, Municipalities, Colleges, and Corporations.

The employee kiosk provides on-demand access for employees to manage leave, view payslips, and access personal information.

The web-based IPDP Management Suite allows educators to create a professional development plan based on their current state certification (updated weekly by ODE) and enter activities for approval. The local professional development committee members access this centralized data, providing them with the ability to review, evaluate, and manage information pertaining to licensure.
