Alliance Training Troubleshooting FY23 Graduation Reports

The Alliance training for Troubleshooting FY23 Graduation reports, we will go over the Requirements for FY23 Graduation data.  We will take a look at the Level 2 reports on Newly assigned to the Grad Cohort, the Grad Cohort Years Status Reports, along with the CTE Grad Cohort Reports.  There is a Grad Issues report we will review and  the Graduation Gen Issues Reports. We will briefly discuss the Received files report related as well.

• Please process the FY23 Graduate Collection (extract from SIS, load/transfer to the Data Collector, collect/prepare/certify-submit) prior to 9/11/23 to ensure the reports are updated by ODE.
• Please have your student data to review as we go through the training.
