This training is part 2 of SI batch scheduling, and follows the Progressbook SI Course Requests and Public Admin trainings conducted December-March. Users will
benefit from this training once all students' requests are entered, students have been manually assigned to specific course sections they need (if applicable), and
the 2022-2023 master schedule is complete. Users don't need to be finished with these items to attend this training but it helps. Future sessions will be offered
throughout the spring for those not ready for batch scheduling at this point.
Subjects include:
-Configuring the batch scheduler and single student scheduler.
-Running the scheduler to fulfill student requests.
-Troubleshooting errors and warnings.
-Helpful pre- and post- scheduling reports.
-Study Hall wizard.
This training does require your building to be initializedfor the 2022-2023 school year in SI.
Connect staff performs SYI for its districts.

CTE FTE reports are generated for Local Education Agencies (LEAs) who have students reported with CTE EMIS data. CTE program funding is generated through CTE FTEs which are part of the CTE FTE reports. This presentation will provide data verification and error resolution guidance.
This presentation will cover CTE Level 2 reports. It is recommended that attendees have access to their own reports as well as the CTE FTE Report Explanation, the FY24 CTE Program and Assessment Matrix, along with information about their own CTE programs including copies or electronic access to CTE-26 information.
