This is a session to work on the CRDC as a group. We will meet and go over the screens in Infinite Campus for the CRDC. This is a time of sharing and working together on data, and Ad hoc set up for the CRDC.

Join us for a Monday Mini on Managing Code Sets in PowerSchool. Code Sets appear throughout PowerSchool as lists on various screens and their respective codes appear as options within those lists. We will be reviewing how to manage and add codes to previously created code sets as well as discussing how to implement code sets for credit types on courses and historical grades.
Open labs are set up for EMIS Coordinators to come in to work and get help on areas they may be struggling with. Virtual options are available for districts that are unable to attend in person. Attendees can log into Zoom and ask any questions they may have.
During part 1, we will focus on troubleshooting the FTE Reports in order to resolve data reporting issues and verify data for accuracy and completeness.

During part 2, we will focus on how the FTE Summary reports align with the School Finance Payment Reports to build an EMIS Coordinator's understanding of how EMIS data is being used in the funding process. Users will need to have a full version of Excel on their device to be able to efficiently participate.

The Organization General Information (DN) Record is required reporting during multiple collections. Not all attributes are reported by all district types. We will review the attributes for each reporting period. Also, we will review the entry of the DN in Infinite Campus. In some instances, students may be counted at the district rather than at the building level. We will review each attribute and the reporting of each attribute.
