This training is part 2 of SI batch scheduling, and follows the Progressbook SI Course Requests and Public Admin trainings conducted December-March. Users will
benefit from this training once all students’ requests are entered, students have been manually assigned to specific course sections they need (if applicable), and
the 2022-2023 master schedule is complete. Users don’t need to be finished with these items to attend this training but it helps. Future sessions will be offered
throughout the spring for those not ready for batch scheduling at this point.
-Configuring the batch scheduler and single student scheduler.
-Running the scheduler to fulfill student requests.
-Troubleshooting errors and warnings.
-Helpful pre- and post- scheduling reports.
-Study Hall wizard.
This training does require your building to be initialized
for the 2022-2023 school year in SI. Connect staff performs
SYI for its districts. Please send your school’s 22/23
calendar including term start & stop dates and non-attending
days to firstname.lastname@example.org.
