CONNECT’s professional learning is offered in both of our locations (Independence and Elyria) as well as on-site in your district. The same individuals that provide CONNECT support services also provide the training you need. Professional learning opportunities are offered regularly and at no additional cost.
CONNECT recognizes that it is not always possible for district staff to get away from their buildings for professional learning. We offer on-line training opportunities for those times that school staff are unable to attend in person. In addition to webinars, some learning sessions are recorded and made available to district staff to view when it is convenient for them, or if they need a quick refresher on a function.
CONNECT staff also provides training on-site in your district. This is particularly beneficial when implementing new system functionality or during a district or building professional development day.
“CONNECT Learning Communities” offer workshops and programs specific to software, programs and systems training.
“CONNECT Knowledge Networks” offer you the opportunity to collaborate with your colleagues in other districts and schools and learn new practices in education that will guide future innovations.
