Paul Doxsey

Director of Technology

Paul Doxsey is the Director of Technology for CONNECT.  Formerly, Paul had served the Akron Public Schools where he was the network systems coordinator since 2015.  He managed a nine-person team that managed wired/wireless network, VoIP, multiple data center environments, and hosted clouds and public website to support 21,000 students at 53 buildings.  In addition to numerous other responsibilities, he also supervised the G Suite administration team that migrated 15 years worth of email for 9,500 accounts from an on premise Exchange environment to Gmail. Prior to working for Akron Public Schools, Doxsey was the data center manager for Summit Academy Management in Akron and a senior network engineer for Smart Solutions, Inc. in Beachwood. He holds numerous certifications including Palo Alto ACE, Google Certified Administrator, Nutanix NPP, MCSA 2012, MCSE 2003, VCP 3.5 – VMware, CCA Xen App 5 – Citrix, ACMP 6.1 – Aruba Wireless, ACMA – Aruba Wireless, and WCSP – Watchguard.
