This training provides a basic overview of User Groups and Tool Rights in Infinite Campus and how they work together to manage user access. Participants will learn how User Groups are used to organize users with similar responsibilities and how Tool Rights determine the tools, data, and functions available to those users. This is not a workshop, basic definitions and common uses will be given.
