EMIS Alliance Troubleshooting FY25 Graduation Reports (Zoom)

Through the EMIS Alliance Grant, Connect will be providing training on how to troubleshoot the FY25 Graduation Reports. In this training, we will discuss graduation reports and how to use them to verify student data and some graduation requirements. This is not a comprehensive graduate reporting training, but rather a training on troubleshooting reports which focus on very specific EMIS data generated by the Data Collector. This graduate accountability data will display on the FY26 Local Report Card (LRC). To ensure the most recent data is being reviewed, prior to this training, please extract and process the FY25 Grad Collection data set, including processing and submitting to DEW by 4:59pm the FRIDAY before the training, so DEW may process and publish the latest level 2 reports and/or received files for analysis. The zoom link and handouts will be emailed to the pre-registered participants the evening before the training.
