EMIS Alliance Troubleshooting FY25 Teacher Course Licensure Status (TLCS) (Zoom) 9:00am-12:00pm

Through the EMIS Alliance Grant, Connect will be providing training on how to troubleshoot the FY25 Teacher Course Licensure Status (TLCS) Report. In this training, we will discuss the report and how to use it to verify staff and course collection data. This certification and licensure data will appear on the Local Report Card (LRC) published by DEW fall 2026. To ensure the most recent data is being reviewed, prior to this training, please extract and process the FY25 Staff and Course Collection data set, including processing and submitting to DEW by 4:59pm the FRIDAY before the training, so DEW may process and publish the latest level 2 reports and/or received files for analysis. The zoom link and handouts will be emailed to the pre-registered participants the evening before the training, along with a calendar invite.
